General Operation
We are a small family business. Times and politicians being what they are we authorize each sale. Your information is all safe and secure but your card will NOT be charged for your purchase until we release the sale. So if you live in a area that cannot have magazines or other accessories we sale know the following:
- We are so happy you found our sight!
- Your order will be checked for compliance before it is charged
- By placing an order with us you are 21 or older and are allowed to the best of your knowledge to own what you want to buy
- You will have to sign for your delivery
- We will be adding the cost of insurance and signature to your shipping charges. These will not show up on your initial checkout but they will be on your receipt. This is because I can’t figure out how to set it up yet!
- We will ship as soon as is possible and again your card is not charged until we ship
- If you don’t like your local laws remember that when elections come about and exercise your right to VOTE and bring a friend!
- Per our Company Policy we do not sell any product to the following STATES : Connecticut- Massachusetts- New York- Washington DC
- NO Magazine sales to the Following States: California- Colorado – Deleware- Hawaii- Illinois- Maryland- New Jersey- Rhode Island- Vermont- Washington- This list is a living thing and can change at anytime
Warranty and Returns
Please note any and ALL warranty is from the manufacture ONLY. We sell to you in good faith. But we don’t manufacture. If you are buying surplus items from us you understand what you are buying. We have had no control over the manufacture of the item. If we say it is unbroken when we ship it then we stand by that. We have no control after it leaves our driveway.
You must contact us within 5 business days of you receiving your purchase from us, to arrange for a return, refund or replacement. . If 10 Business days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Business days are MONDAY Through FRIDAY inclusive. No holidays or Saturday and Sunday.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if it had any. Damage in shipment is to be handled through carrier insurance. Contact us if you did not get your receipt copy for proof of purchase.
We do not refund if any of the following holds true:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item lost or damaged by carrier that’s why you paid for their insurance
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that we have not agreed to being returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, the banks decide when to process your refunded money not us. It usually occurs within 10 business days of the refund being transacted through us.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {webmaster@jandcsales.com} and we will let you know if we need it sent back and to where.
If you need to return your product. Contact us first and we will let you know where to send it. WE only refund for shipping when we make the mistake by shipping the wrong item. We ship with insurance so if the shipper ruins it, it is on them and you will have your receipt or we can supply you with a copy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If we decide to allow uploads and If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If we decide to have a log in and If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If we decide to use passwords and If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
IF we open up a comment section and If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If we decide to have accounts and If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
